We ship fully insured via FedEx and a signature is required upon delivery. Crown and Carat will provide you with confirmation via email and a tracking number once item has been shipped.Please note we cannot be held liable for any shipper delays caused by COVID-19, weather conditions or other unexpected events.
Production times vary based on the item, as some pieces may take longer than others. It can take anywhere from two to five weeks. On a serious time crunch? We can also offer an expedited if time is of the essence!
Once your label is prepared, we will provide you with tracking details via email so you can follow your shipment journey.

Once your package is shipping with Fedex, it is under their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with Fedex and notify our team at email@example.com

Crown and Carat designs fine jewelry. All pieces are delicate and must be handled with care. If your piece breaks due to wear and tear, Crown and Carat is not responsible for repair costs.
In the event of a manufacturing defect (rare!), Crown and Carat will provide support and/or replacement on a case by case basis.
