Shipping policy

We ship  via FedEx and a signature is required upon delivery. Crown and Carat will provide you with confirmation via email and a tracking number once item has been shipped. Please note we cannot be held liable for any shipper delays caused by COVID-19, weather conditions or other unexpected events.
